For the (garlic) sauce

  • 300ml full-fat yogurt / low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Mediterranean herbs (oregano, mint, marjoram, dill, rosemary, garlic, and red onion)
  • Aromat/seasoned salt and white pepper to taste

For the salad

  • 100 grams mixed lettuce (such as oak leaf lettuce mix)
  • 75 grams feta cheese
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 15-20 cherry tomatoes
  • 20 fresh olives (green, with basil, or your preferred variety)

For the gyros

  • 100 grams chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 1 tablespoon gyros
  • seasoning Salt to taste
