For the (garlic) sauce
- 300ml full-fat yogurt / low-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Mediterranean herbs (oregano, mint, marjoram, dill, rosemary, garlic, and red onion)
- Aromat/seasoned salt and white pepper to taste
For the salad
- 100 grams mixed lettuce (such as oak leaf lettuce mix)
- 75 grams feta cheese
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 cucumber
- 15-20 cherry tomatoes
- 20 fresh olives (green, with basil, or your preferred variety)
For the gyros
- 100 grams chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 1 tablespoon gyros
- seasoning Salt to taste
