Ingredients
- 200g ground beef
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced/pressed
- 1 tbsp Mexican seasoning
- 150g mixed lettuce
- 1 bell pepper
- 150g tomatoes
- 1 small can/140g Mexican corn/corn salsa
- 1 avocado
- 1 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes
- tortilla chips
- 200ml sour cream
- grated cheese
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef with the onion, garlic, and Mexican seasoning. Let it cool.
- Cut the bell pepper, tomatoes, avocado, and sun-dried tomatoes into pieces and mix them with the lettuce.
- Mix the cooled ground beef into the salad.
- Serve the salad with tortilla chips, sour cream, and grated cheese.
