Ingredients

  • 200g ground beef
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced/pressed
  • 1 tbsp Mexican seasoning
  • 150g mixed lettuce
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 150g tomatoes
  • 1 small can/140g Mexican corn/corn salsa
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes
  • tortilla chips
  • 200ml sour cream
  • grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef with the onion, garlic, and Mexican seasoning. Let it cool.
  2. Cut the bell pepper, tomatoes, avocado, and sun-dried tomatoes into pieces and mix them with the lettuce.
  3. Mix the cooled ground beef into the salad.
  4. Serve the salad with tortilla chips, sour cream, and grated cheese.
